Everyone was so welcoming -- from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the groundskeeper -- friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and laid out very well with plenty of spaces to keep things organized. And while the room was worn in places, everything was clean and in great working condition. Pearl Street Mall, restaurants, grocery stores, all about a 10 min drive. Also lots of great hiking options 15 to 30 min drive away.

Overall, a great place to stay while in Boulder, centrally located. Very good accomodations, spacious, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent.

Loved being able to make simple meals in the full kitchen in my room. Rooms have updated decor and furnishings. Bonus points for a nice hook in the bothroom. Kitchen comes with nice pots, utensils, knives, small plastic board that I guess you could use as a cutting board, plastic cooking utensils, can opener, oven mitts, and colander. Recommend bringing something to scrub pots. They supply dishwasher detergent packets. Freezer makes ice. Room was comfortable and functional. Wifi works well. It was quiet at night. Enjoyed exploring the walking and bicycling trails at the end of the cul de sac. There's even a set of planters with veggies for guests at the far end of the parking lot. Highly recommend this inn as a great place to stay.

Great location and rooms are large with lots of functionality—fridge with icemaker, lots of space, and nice, large-screen television with good streaming apps (and even HDMI ports if desired). Rooms are a bit dated and kind of dark (even if you go around and flip the 5-6 different light switches to on and turn the three lamps). That said, the common areas are very pleasant (pool, breakfast area, outdoor grill and furniture). I have stayed here several times and wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Good value. And location can’t be beat, about a 3-8 minute drive from most everything!

Our room was spacious and clean. We liked having the kitchenette. The outdoor space, pool area and sport court was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent with many choices, meat, eggs, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal , sweets, pancakes.
I would stay here again.

Bed was too soft, but other than that the inn was great. Employees were friendly and helpful. Property appeared new.
